Good Morning from Ms. O 08!
I wanted to come on (Brian and Lishia are snoring, can you hear them) and say "THANK YOU" to all of you for sharing in this experience with me. I NEVER could do this without the LOYAL support and endless love of my Phat Camp family, friends, fans, my staff, and my husband. It takes lots of GREAT Positive people to create a Champion and I want to say "CONGRATS", WE DID IT, WE Won the Title.
The posts, emails, phone calls are endless and so appreciated. I love all of you guys! WE will keep posting and keep putting pics up for you as our weekend progresses.

Prejudging is over! Jen did awesome! Here is a picture of her in the 1piece. She received great call-outs! She was in the first call out for both suits. Next was the routine round and she ROCKED it! Everything went nicely.
Jen, Brian and I are back at the room now resting. Jen does her routines barefoot on that hard floor so it's time to get those tooties a rest. She leaves in another hour to prep for the night show.

Hey ya'll! It is 3:45pm in Vegas. Since the prayer meeting we have done few things. Jen had her first tan at 1130am. This picture shows Jen taking a quick chug of water before her tan. Gotta love the curlers! LOL
Next was an interview with the possiblity of Jen being picked for a reality show! How cool is that? She threw on her doo-rag and was out the door. Everything went really well and I was able to video tape the whole thing! So you will see that later on after we get back home to NC!
After that Jen took a quick nap before Stronghold Ministries came up to our room for a quick prayer with just the 5 of us! Now she is off to IFBB Athlete rep meeting because if you didn't know she is the Rep for the Fitness Division! After that it is off for some cardio and much more! So I will be back later tonight for another update!

Stronghold Ministries
Hey everyone! This morning started awesome....it started with prayer! At 9am Jen, Brian and I went to the prayer group. Here is a picture of friends from Stronghold Ministries.
Brian headed to a massage (well deserved!), Jen is cooking food (asparagus and tilapia!) and has her 1st tan at 1130am. I am working...gotta keep business rolling and keep you guys in tune to what is happening!

Jen is FEELING GOOD, Latisha is ready also
Arrived in VEGAS!
Jen is doing well. She's already seen a lot of her friends, competitors and industry folks. She looks great and is in good spirits. She is a bit tired from little food and flying, but that will do it to ya! After the nap we are doing cardio and going to shop for a bit before her Athlete's Meeting. So far everything is pretty calm.

Low-carb/Low-cal Pudding for your weekend!
Want a sweet treat that has low-carbs and low-cals? Try this Pudding!
1 small box sugar-free pudding (any kind, I used butterscotch last night)
2 scoops of protein powder (I would suggest chocolate or vanilla)
1 cup cold milk (I use a product called "Calorie Countdown" made by HOOD, only 3 carbs in 1 cup)
1 cup cold water
*Mix like you normally would and pour into 2 bowls, put in the fridge for at least an hour
**I like to add a tbsp of chocolate chips and tbsp of sugar-free cool whip as well!
(Without the chips and cool whip, 2 servings provide 90 calories, 15g carbs, 23g protein, 2g fat)
