It's a new year, new week, new day! Staying consistent is hard to do and right about now is the time people start to slack a bit on their new health program. GPOs Client of the week - Tammy Miller

Tammy is a wonderful friend and client. She lives close to Jen and Lishia in NC! She is coming to train with us this Friday at the gym and we are excited to kick her @$$ in the workout. She loves it, don't let her fool ya!

Tammy has been to many PhatCamps (www.getphatwithjen.com) over the years. In January she came to the Charlotte, NC camp and decided to join Get Phat Online (www.getphatonline.com). She did great with the program and made the decision to compete at Jen's show, the All Women's Weekend July 2009. She won her class!

She is now enjoying the holidays with her husband, family and friends before gearing up to compete at the Arnold Classic in March 2010.
