It's a new year, new week, new day! Staying consistent is hard to do and right about now is the time people start to slack a bit on their new health program. This is when things start to change and it's very important to keep going. This week we will see how Jessica does it. She has competed a few times in figure and bikini. She has a very unique look that is tough to contend with. She has a full time job, a husband, a home, pets, the works and still manages to keep it all together to train to fit and even compete!
