Ladies! You can eat what your family eats, just modify! Heather Bear is the master of this while she feeds her husband and 2 children. Below you will find out what Kenny (her husband) and her 2 children had:
HEATHER'S TURKEY PIE
ground hamburger 1 pound
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup healthy biscuit
1 cup milk
2 eggs
brown hamburger & onion and salt, heat oven 400, pam a pie pan,
spread in pie pan, sprinkle w/ cheese
in a bowl mix remaining ingredients w/ fork and pour over pie plate
cook 25 minutes
Below is how Heather modified it to fit her needs, but still enjoyed dinner with them:
ground turkey, no onion, no salt, fat free shredded cheese, healthy Bisquick, 1 cup skim milk, 2 egg whites
